These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Michael Mayden (“I”, “me”). By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only — any work I do for a client is set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information about the services I offer. It is not technical, legal or financial advice for your situation, and nothing here is a guarantee of a particular result. Before acting on anything, talk to me — or someone equally qualified — about your actual systems.
Engagements
Descriptions of services, process and pricing on this site are an invitation to get in touch, not an offer. Scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities for any work are agreed in writing before it starts.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- Use the contact form to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful.
- Attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Scrape or bulk-copy the site’s content, including with automated tools.
Content and ownership
The text, design and code of this site are owned by Michael Mayden unless stated otherwise. You may link to it and quote from it with attribution; please do not reproduce it wholesale. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The site may link to services I do not run, such as a scheduling page. I am not responsible for their content or their terms.

The site is provided “as is”. I aim to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information on it is complete or current.
