I spend my days deep in infrastructure — keeping systems running, networks secure, and customers happy. I have spent years on the front lines of IT and systems engineering.

Systems Engineering
Designing and running the infrastructure itself — servers, networks, identity and backup — and automating the operational work that used to be done by hand.

Sr IT Field Engineer
Promoted to senior role. Leading infrastructure projects, mentoring junior staff, and building internal automation tools.

Systems Administrator & Freelance
Running day-to-day systems administration in-house while taking on outside clients — the first work billed directly rather than through an employer.

Helpdesk Technician
Started in hands-on helpdesk and field support. Built foundational skills in hardware, Windows, networking and user support.
